Job Description: The Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance for all phases of our residential restoration projects. This includes collaborating with the Project Manager to coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections. This person is responsible for ensuring that specifications strictly follow our high-quality standards and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

- Ensure work is performed safely, in accordance with plans and specifications, and in compliance with local building codes.
- Maintain job site security (i.e., ensure safety of all people, tools, and materials)
- Execute weekly schedule and work to achieve weekly goals.
- Coordinate material deliveries, handling, storage, and placement.
- Determine what work can be self-performed, and what needs to be subcontracted
- Schedule subcontractors in coordination with Project Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of the project’s plans, details, specifications, and finishes.
- Perform walkthroughs with clients and complete all punch list items promptly.
- Act as primary site contact and resource for PM’s delegation.
- Supervise any RW Restoration technicians or carpenters on the jobsite.

Requirements:
- Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree or higher preferred)
- At least 5 years of construction experience, preferred experience in Insurance Industry
- Multi-Family and Commercial Insurance Restoration experience a plus.
- Technical Requirements
- Excellent communication, customer service and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills; must effectively handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Previous job-costing experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Deep technical building knowledge and experience with both traditional and new materials and methods
- Experience with Xactimate preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
